摘要
巨型桁架在许多超高层建筑中被广泛运用,是钢结构制作与安装的一大难点。文章以深圳平安金融中心项目为例,介绍桁架工厂加工及现场吊装,讨论巨型桁架深化设计技术及计算机辅助预拼装,以保证现场能一次吊装完成,并减少拼接误差,提高安装效率。
Huge truss which is extensive used in many super-high buildings is a great difficulty in fabrication and installation of steel structure. Taking the Ping'an Financial Center project in Shenzhen as an example, this paper introduced factory processing and site lifting techniques of truss and discussed deepening design and computer-based preassembly of huge truss, so as to guarantee one-off successful site lifting, reduce splicing error and improve installation efficiency.
