环保型与传统型热法丁腈橡胶性能对比研究

摘要 对比考查了环保型热法丁腈橡胶(NBR3604E)与传统型热法丁腈橡胶(NBR3604)的生胶性能、物理机械性能、耐老化性能和耐介质性能。结果表明,NBR3604E与NBR3604生胶性能和耐介质性能基本相同,硫化时间在25~30 min时NBR3604E硫化胶的物理性能更好。NBR3604E老化性能好于NBR3604,压缩永久变形较NBR3604大。 The crude rubber properties, mechanical properties, aging resistance and medium resistance of the nitrile rubbers prepared by environment-friendly method (NBR3604E) and traditional method (NBR3604) of hot emulsion polymerization were investigated by comparison. The results showed that the crude rubber properties and medium resistance of NBR3604E and NBR3604 were almost same, for NBR3604E both the mechanical properties for vulcanizing time of 25-30 min and the aging resistance were better, and its compression set was bigger.
