摘要 [目的]建立一种反相高效液相色谱测定flometoquin原药的定量分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent Zorbax Extend-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,紫外检测器检测波长为230 nm,对flometoquin原药进行分离和测定。[结果]当flometoquin质量浓度为20.0~500 mg/L时,flometoquin的线性相关系数为0.9997,标准偏差为0.41,变异系数为0.42%,平均回收率为99.95%。[结论]该方法准确、快速、分离效果好,适合于flometoquin原药的定量分析。 [Aims] A RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of flometoquin TC was established. [Methods] The quantitative analysis of flometoquin TC was carded out by using Agilent ZorbaxExtend-C18 column with the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water (75:25, by vol) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The wave length of UV detector was 230 nm. [Results] When the concentration of flometoquin ranged from 20.0 to 500 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997, the standard deviation was 0.41, the variation coefficient was 0.42%, and the mean recovery rate was 99.95%. [Conclusions] The method is simple, accurate and suitable for quantitative analysis of flometoquin TC.
