摘要
[目的]建立气相色谱内标法测定22%噻虫嗪·高效氯氟氰菊酯悬乳剂的新方法。[方法]以乙腈作为溶剂、磷酸三苯酯为内标物。[结果]噻虫嗪、高效氯氟氰菊酯的保留时间分别为6.531、11.647 min,线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9989,相对标准偏差分别为1.02%、1.10%,加标回收率分别在91.76%~101.80%和92.65%~101.92%范围内。[结论]该方法简便、结果准确、重现性好。
[Aims] A method for determination of thiamethoxam · lambda-cyhalothrin 22% SE was developed. [Methods] The analysis was conducted with acetonitrile as solvent, triphenyl phosphate as internal standard substance. [Results] The retention times ofthiamethoxam and lambda-cyhalothrin were 6.531 and 11.647 min, the linear correlation coefficientes for thiamethoxam and lambda-cyhalothrin were 0.9996 and 0.9989, the relative standard deviations were 1.02 and 1.10%, the recovery rates were 91.76-101.80% and 92.65-101.92%, respectively. [Conclusions] This method is simple, accurate, and the reproducibility of results is good.
