摘要
团队已经成为组织运作的基本模式。本文以某国有供热公司为案例对象,研究其如何在岗位一体化的基础上构建团队,并分别设计了针对团队和个人的绩效评价指标、标准和权重,分析了最终的实施效果,最后提出了理论与实践启示。
Teamwork has been a tendency for organizational operations recently. This paper examines how a state-owned heat power company builds working teams on the basis of job integration, then develops performance appraisal indicators, criteria and weightings for the team and team members, separately, tells how the appraisal system works and what results are. Finally, this paper explores some implications and application in theory and practice.
