摘要
在文献计量学运用的基础上,对国内外非典型雇佣过关系的发展历程和特点进行了梳理和比较分析。从作者年代分布、学科分布、研究机构分布等方面分析该研究的研究主题、发展历程、研究方法等趋势和特点,得到非典型雇佣关系的研究主要集中社会学、法学、管理学等角度探讨,经济学研究基础较薄弱。目前的文献多探究非典型就业群体的特征表现、弹性用工制度存在的合理性,较少从劳动关系学角度探讨雇主策略选择和利益主体的角色转换等问题。
On the basic of the application of bibliometric, the paper analysis the characteristics of the atypical employment relationship from the aspects of age distribution, subject distribution and research institution distribution. The research of atypical employment relationship mainly focuses on sociology, law and management, The basis of economic research is weak. The research of the characteristics of the atypical employment and the rationality of the flexible employment system is much more than the discussion of the employer's strategy choice and the role of the interest subjects from the perspective of labor relations.
