摘要
目的研究盆炎丸对解脲支原体(UU)感染小鼠血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)表达的影响,探讨盆炎丸防治UU感染的部分免疫学机制。方法选取SPF级8周龄BALB/c雌性小鼠40只,随机分为空白组(8只)和造模组(32只),造模组造模成功后随机分为中药组、西药组和模型组,分别予以盆炎丸、克拉霉素和等量生理盐水灌胃,14 d后取小鼠阴道分泌物行UU培养,观察小鼠血清IL-2、IL-4表达水平。结果西药组小鼠全部转阴,清除率100%,中药组小鼠UU清除率为78%。1IL-2含量:西药组IL-2值最高,其次是中药组,模型组IL-2值最低。两两比较:与空白组比较,模型组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药组和西药组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,中药组和西药组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组与西药组比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2IL-4含量:中药组IL-4值最低,其次是西药组,模型组IL-4值最高。两两比较,与空白组比较,模型组、中药组、西药组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与模型组比较,中药组和西药组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与西药组比较,中药组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盆炎丸可促使UU感染小鼠阴道分泌物UU培养转阴,可通过升高IL-2水平、降低IL-4水平,发挥免疫调节作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Penyan pills on the expressions of IL-2 and IL-4 in mice infected by Ureaplasma urealytieum (UU), and to discuss the immune mechanism of Penyan pills. Methods Forty 8-week old female BALB/c mice in SPF level were selected, and randomly divided into two groups: the blank group with 8 mice and the model-making group with 32 mice. The model-making group was subdivided into three groups randomly: the model group, the TCM group and the Western medicine group, which were perfused respectively with saline, Penyan pills and Clarithromycin. Mouse vaginal secretions were cultured for UU after 14 days, and the expression levels of IL-2 and IL-4 were observed. Results The clearance rate of the Western medicine group was 100%, while the clearance rate of the TCM group was 78%. The content of IL-2 was the highest in the Western medicine group,then the TCM group, the lowest in the model group. The IL-2 content in the Western medicine group and the TCM group was significantly different from that in the blank group and the model group (P 〈 0.01), while there was no significant difference in the IL-2 content between the blank group and the model group or between the Western medicine group and the TCM group (P 〉 0.05). The content of IL-4 was the lowest in the TCM group, then the Western medicine group, the highest in the model group. The IL-4 content in the blank group was not significantly different from that in the model group, the Western medicine group or the TCM group (P 〉 0.05). The IL-4 content in the model group was significantly different from that in the TCM group (P 〈 0.01) and the Western medicine group (P 〈 0.05). But there was no significant difference in the IL-4 content between the Western medicine group and the TCM group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Penyan pills could enhance the clearance of UU and play a role in immune regulation by increasing serum IL-2 level and decreasing IL-4 level in mice.
