构建中美新型大国关系——国际共生论的视角

Building a New Model of Major Power Relations Between China and the United States:An International Symbiosis Theory Perspective

进入21世纪第二个十年以来,国际共生论在中国学界兴起,成为中国社会科学理论一个新的生长点。运用国际共生论探讨中美新型大国关系的构建,具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。在国际体系共生性日益增强的全球化时代,以结盟对抗为主要特征的传统大国关系已逐渐失去其合理性,走新型大国关系之路是大国之间的必然选择。目前,构建中美新型大国关系具备一些有利条件,同时也面临不少制约因素。中美在经贸、全球治理等领域具有共生性。但双方在政治安全领域仍处于非共生状态,存在较多矛盾和冲突。双方尚未形成全面和足够紧密的共生关系。当前的国际体系中传统大国关系的现实主义逻辑仍占据主导地位,一个成熟的共生型国际体系尚未完全形成。因此,中美新型大国关系的建成需要一个长期、复杂的国际体系进化过程。在这一进化过程中,中国不能做一个消极的等待者,而要做一个积极的"施动者",促进中美新型大国关系早日成为现实。

In recent years,international symbiosis theory is becoming popular in China.This theory represents a new growth point in China's social science studies.Thus,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the building of a new model of major power relations between China and the United States from this perspective.As the international system is becoming increasingly symbiotic,a new model of major power relations is the inevitable choice for major powers.At present,there are some favorable conditions as well as challenges in building a new model of major power relations between China and the United States.The two countries are symbiotic in economic,trade,and global governance,yet there are still many conflicts in the political and security realms.The symbiotic relationship between the two countries is not comprehensive.The current international system is still dominated by the realistic logic of traditional great power relations,and the symbiotic international system is not mature.Therefore,the new model of major power relations between China and the United States needs long and complicated evolution of international system.
