摘要
本文以海事安全监管为研究背景,阐述了加强民船遂行军事运输任务时海事安全监管的意义,分析了民船遂行军事运输任务时的安全风险,提出了当前民船遂行军事运输任务时海事安全监管存在的问题,研究了加强民船遂行军事运输任务时海事安全监管的对策措施。
Based on maritime safety management,we discussed the important meaning of civil ship safety management about water-way military transportation, its security risk and problems. We also studied ways to improve maritime safety about water-way military transportation.
