摘要
不同水泥用量会对水泥稳定基层泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的使用性能产生较大的影响,为探索不同水泥用量下混合料各项性能的变化规律,对含有不同水泥剂量的泡沫沥青冷再生混合料分别进行劈裂强度试验、水稳定性试验、无侧限抗压强度试验以及干缩试验,分析并评价水泥用量对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料性能的影响。研究结果表明:水泥能够在一定程度上改善冷再生混合料的性能,当水泥用量为1.0%~1.5%时,再生混合料早期强度的形成速率以及水稳定性提高速率较快;当水泥用量为2%~3%时,再生混合料的强度以及刚度增长较为缓慢,同时混合料的干缩性能显著降低,容易引起混合料干缩裂缝的产生。因此,建议控制水泥用量在2%以下。
Different cement dosage will have a greater impact on the performance of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture for cement stabilized base. In order to explore the change law of the performance of the mixture under different cement dosage, the split strength test, the water stability test, the unconfined compressive strength test and the shrinkage test of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture with different cement dosage were conducted respectively. The effect of cement content on performance of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture was analyzed and evaluated. The results show that cement can improve the performance of cold recycled mixture to a certain extent. When the cement content is 1.0% - 1.5%, the formation rate of early strength and the rate of water stability of the recycled mixture are faster; when the cement dosage is 2% - 3%, the strength and stiffness of the recycled mixture increase slowly, and the shrinkage performance of the mixture is obviously reduced, which will easily lead to the shrinkalze of the mixture. Therefore, it is recommended to control the cement content below 2%.
