摘要
老年代步工具是辅助老年人出行的重要交通工具,我国当前市场上老年代步工具在功能性、舒适性和美观性等方面都有待提高。情感设计以用户需求为中心是当今产品设计发展的趋势。本文从产品的情感设计理论出发,将设计与消费者情感相联系,分析老年人多层次的需求,从本能层、行为层、反思层三个层次提出老年代步工具设计的解决方案,在设计中赋予更多的人文关怀,在实现功能的基础上获得老年用户的心理认同,使老年用户在体验中获得快乐感,满足其精神文化需求。老年代步工具的情感设计还有助于建立老年用户与产品之间的情感纽带,提高产品独立的品牌价值和竞争力。
The elderly transport is an important traffic tool for elderly people to travel, and currently the market of elderly transport needs to be improved in function, comfort and aesthetic aspects. Emotional design makes the user needs as the center and is the trend of today's products design development. This article starts from the perspective of emotional design theory, contacts the design and the consumers' emotion, analyses the multi- needs of elderly people , puts forward the solution of the elderly transport design, from visceral layer, behavior layer and the reflective layer, giving more humanistic care in design, getting psychological identity of the elderly users on the basic of realizing function. The elderly users get happiness in the experience, and meet the spiritual and cultural needs. The emotional design of the elderly transport also helps to establish the emotional ties between the elderly user and the products, enhance the independent brand value and competitiveness of the products.
