上海市农村动迁居民出行特征研究——以周康大居为例

Analysis of Rural Relocated Residents Trip Characteristics in Shanghai a Case of Zhou Kang Large-scale Residential Community

为改善中心城区的居住条件、缓解交通拥堵的问题,上海市政府引导部分中心城区人口疏散到中心城区外,形成了多个外围大型居住社区,针对这些居住社区的公共交通的配置和完善需要兼顾居住区里不同类型的居民的出行特征和需求。为了解其中农村动迁居民的出行特征和需求,以《郊区保障基地大型居住社区出行特征及意愿调查》中所得数据作为依据,采用统计分析的方法,研究了农村动迁居民的出行特征,并探讨了农村动迁居民对现有公共交通配置的评价,最后为公共交通的改善提出了几点建议。该研究对于我国在城市化快速发展过程中提升公共交通服务水平具有普遍意义。

In order to improve the center living condition and solve the problem of traffic congestion in Shanghai, the government guides the residents from the center to the suburb, which generates many large-scale residential community in suburban. The trip characteristics and needs of different kinds of residents in large-scale residential community have to be considered to improve the public traffic. For analyzing the trip characteristics of rural relocated residents, this paper uses mathematical statistical methods with the data from travel characteristics and willingness investigation in suburban large-scale residential community, and researches rural relocated residents＇ evaluation to public traffic. At last, some suggestions are put forward to improve the public traffic. This study has universal significant to promote the service level of public transportation in the process of rapid urbanization.
