摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是临床上多种病因导致的急危重症,具有较高的发生率及死亡率。目前对于AKI的治疗手段仍然十分有限,死亡率居高不下,阐明AKI发生、发展的机制对于AKI的防治意义重大。肾小管上皮细胞的损伤及修复在AKI发生及转归中起到重要作用。本文就肾小管上皮细胞的自噬、可调性死亡、细胞周期的变化的研究进展进行介绍。 Acute kidney injury (AKI) induced by many pathogenic factors is an acute and severe clinical syndrome with higher incidence and mortality. Its mortality remains high due to the limited therapeutic measures. To understand its pathological mechanism is essential for the prevention and treatment of AKI. The injury and repair of renal tubular epithelial cells play an important role in the development of AKI. In this review, autophagy, regulated cell death and cell cycle changes in tubular epithelial cells are discussed.
