适应绍兴地区产业集群发展的高职专业集群建设研究

高职专业集群建设以区域支柱产业的产业链为依托,通过嵌入产业链而服务区域产业集群发展,进而促进专业集群与产业集群之间的协调创新发展。绍兴地区产业集群效应明显,而现有高等职业教育专业结构无法较好地适应和服务产业集群发展,需要组建适应绍兴地区产业集群发展的高职专业集群。在专业集群的形成和建设过程中,要充分发挥地方政府的引导作用,遵循市场的主导机制,发挥高职院校的办学主体作用,建立专业集群的运行机制。

Based on the industrial chain of regional pillar industries, the construction of higher vocational specialty clusters is to serve the development of regional industrial clusters by embedding the industrial chain, and then to promote the coordination and development of the professional clusters and industrial clusters. Shaoxing industrial cluster effect is obvious, but the professional structure for higher occupation education can not adapt to the development of industrial clusters and services, and it is necessary to set up a higher vocational professional cluster development in Shaoxing area. In the process of the formation and construction of the professional clusters, we should give full play to the guiding role of local government, follow the dominant mechanism of the market, give play to the main role of higher vocational colleges, and set up the operation mechanism of professional clusters.
