摘要
我国综合交通运输业发展与人才培养不相适应,使众多高职院校纷纷计划开设道桥类专业,与此同时却表现出专业设置、教学安排、师资力量等诸多方面的问题,即人才培养目标的"错位""越位""缺位"。通过对交通职教集团教学模式的探索与实践研究,提出政府、行业、企业、学校资源共享,深度融合,开展多元投资主体参与的职业教育产业链,形成中高职对接紧密、特色鲜明、动态调整的职业教育体系。
The development of integrated transportation is not suited to talent demand, which results in the plan for many vocational colleges to recruit students majoring in professional bridge. At the same time, many problems appear in professional setting, teaching arrangement, teachers" strength and so on. Through the exploration and practice of the teaching mode of traffic vocational education group, this paper proposes some methods to solve the talent training goal of "dislocation", "offside", "Absence" and other issues under the back ground of great traffic. We, by exploring and practicing vocational education group, try to share the resources for fully cooperating among the government, industries, enterprises and schools, developing vocational education industry chains of diversified investment so that we can form the vocational education system, which is shaped by connect mode from middle to high vocational school, distinctive characters and dynamic adjustment.
