摘要
职业倾向是一个人对职业表现出来的行为倾向。职业偏见是由于社会因素和不合理的认知导致的对不同职业的倾向性看法。本研究探讨大学生是否存在职业偏见及其与人格特质和职业倾向的关系。运用Holland职业倾向量表、"大五"人格量表和职业刻板印象问卷对郑州大学在校大学生335人进行问卷调查,经过分析得出以下结论:大学生中存在明显的职业偏见;大学生职业倾向在性别、专业背景和户籍所在地方面存在显著差异;大学生人格特质与职业倾向之间存在显著相关;社会型职业倾向受到外倾性人格、随和性人格的正向影响,受到职业偏见的反向影响。
Career orientation is a kind of behavior tendency which is expressed by person. Occupational prejudice, the result of social factors and some unreasonable cognition , is the view with a tendency on the different occupations .This study mainly studies whether college students have occupational prejudice and the impact on career orientation.This study conducts a questionnaire survey of 335 college students in Zhengzhou University, using the Holland occupation tendency scale, the "Big Five" personality inventory and occupation stereotype questionnaire. The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis results: for college students, there is an obvious phenomenon of occupational prejudice; college students" career orientation has significant differences in gender, professional background and the location of residence; there is a significant correlation between personality traits and career orientation of college students; social career orientation by the positive influence of extroversion and agreeableness personality and by the reverse effect of occupational prejudice.
