摘要
介绍水质监测组件的工作原理,分析电导率随温度变化的关系,指出传统电导率传感器温度补偿方法存在的问题。通过测量5~40℃纯水和冷凝水电导率,研究理论计算和处理实验数据,给出了一种新的温度补偿方法,并将该方法成功地应用于研制的水质监测组件中,为水质检测与控制系统提供有效数据,解决实际工程应用中的问题。
Working principle of water quality monitoring modules is introduced and relationship between temperature and conductivity is analyzed. The existing problem of temperature compensation method for conventional conductivity sensors is pointed out. A new temperature compensation method is presented by measuring the conductivity of pure water and condensed water at 5 -40 ℃, theoretical calculation is studied and experimental data is processed. The method is successfully applied to development of water quality monitoring modules,provides effective data for water quality detection and control system and solve problems in practical engineering application.
