摘要
针对目前大多数异构网络选择算法没有考虑网络负载这一问题,提出了一种基于接入网发现和选择功能(ANDSF)实现的异构网络选择算法。对原有ANDSF架构进行优化升级,使之可以随时获取网络侧动态信息;在此架构的基础上,结合业务特点和网络特点,通过层次分析法和代价函数算法为每类业务选择最合适的网络。仿真结果表明:该算法能够提高接入成功率约15%,降低接入时延约50 ms左右,同时一定程度上均衡了网络负载,有利于实现四网协同发展。
Aiming at issue that most heterogeneous network selection algorithms fail to consider network load, an algorithm based on access network discovery and selection function (ANDSF)is proposed to realize wireless heterogeneous network selection. Optimize and upgrade the original ANDSF architecture, so that it can get dynamic information of network;based on this architecture, combining business characteristics and network characteristics, analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and cost function algorithm are used to select the most appropriate network for each type of service. Simulation results show that this algorithm can increase the access success rate about 15 % and reduce the access time delay about 50 ms. Meanwhile this algorithm can balance network load to a certain extent, and it is conducive to development of four network synergies.
