摘要 通过分析国家传播战略协同创新中心2015~2016年中美全国性民调数据,本文从世界大国观念、欧洲观念、亚太和邻国观念、国际关系观念四个方面,揭示了当前中美公众世界观念的基本面貌。研究表明,在两国公众眼中,美、中、德、俄、日、英、法、韩、加、澳、以、印等国,是当今最主要的世界政治、经济和科技大国。中国公众对欧洲的英、法、德更感兴趣,但美国公众对三国的了解程度更高;美国人对英法更亲近,中国人对德国好感度更高。研究还揭示,中美两国公众对亚太及周边主要国家的了解程度都不高;同时,两国公众都对本国的好感度极高,而对对方国家的好感度很低。两国公众都认为日本、美国与中国具有最强的竞争性,并以自己国家的利益为出发点来评价当前重要的双边关系。本文进一步讨论了上述发现对我国外交策略和对外传播的实践启示。 Analyzing Sino-US national survey data collected by Collaborative Innovation Center on State Communication Strategy in 2015-2016, this paper examines the basic features of the Chinese and American people's "world view" from four aspects, including the great-power concept, perception on Europe, perception on Asia-Pacific countries and neighbors, and perception on international relations as wen. The study shows that the United States, China, Germany, Russia, Japan, Britain, France, South Korea, Canada, Australia, Israel, India are the major world powers in the eyes of the Chinese and American people. To the Chinese, they are more interested in Britain, France and Germany, while the American people have a better understanding of the three countries Regarding positive attitudes to countries, Americans are closer to Britain and France, the Chinese feel better about Germany. Also, the study reveals that both the Chinese and American people do not understand Asia-Pacific and surrounding countries very well. At the same time, people of both countries prefer their own countries and have unfavorable impression on each other. They believe that most competitive countries in the world are Japan, the United States and China, the current important bilateral relationship is evaluated by the Chinese and Americans with their own national interests as the starting point. From foreign policy and international communication perspective, this paper further discusses practical significance of the above findings.
