马来酸依那普利叶酸片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗H型高血压临床体会

Clinical Experience of the Treatment of H Type Hypertension with the Combination of Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets and Amlodipine Besylate Tablets

目的探讨马来酸依那普利叶酸片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗H型高血压的临床疗效。方法随机选取2014年3月-2016年6月在荣成市东山街道中心卫生院治疗的单用马来酸依那普利叶酸片血压控制不满意H型高血压患者160例，加用苯磺酸氨氯地平片口服，观察临床治疗效果。结果显效115例、有效36例、无效9例，总有效率94．38％。结论对于单用马来酸依那普利叶酸片血压控制未达标的H型高血压患者，联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片口服，可在临床上产生协同降压作用，效果稳定、安全可靠，值得推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of the combination of Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets and Amlodipine Besylate Tablets in the treatment of H type hypertension. Methods One hundred and sixty persons were selected randomly from H type hypertension patients with unsatisfactory pressure control with the single use of Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets from March 2014 to June 2016 in Central Health Center of Dongshan Street of Rongcheng City. Amlodipine Besylate Tablets were combined for oral intake and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results Significant effect was observed in 115 cases, effect in 36 cases and no effect in 9 cases with the total effective rate of 94.38%. Conclusion For H type hypertension patients whose blood pressure control is not satisfactory with the single use of Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets, Amlodipine Besylate Tablets can be combined for the oral intake, and the synergistic antihypertensive effect can be produced clinically, which is stable, safe, reliable and worth promoting.
