全面优质护理对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者治疗依从性及其对疾病认知的影响

Effect of Comprehensive High-Quality Nursing Care on the Treatment Compliance and the Cognition of Disease of Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension

目的探讨全面优质护理对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者治疗依从性及其对疾病认知度的影响。方法选择2013年9月-2015年9月抚顺市中心医院收治的82例老年糖尿病合并高血压患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行全面优质护理。结果观察组饮食、运动和用药依从性，以及对糖尿病和高血压病的认知情况均优于对照组；观察组对服务态度、医疗环境及患者自身舒适度护理的满意度分别为95．12％、90．24％、87．80％，高于对照组的65．85％、60．98％、53．66％，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全面优质护理干预可提高老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的治疗依从性，以及对糖尿病和高血压病的认知度，护理满意度较高，值得推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive high-quality care on the treatment compliance and the cognition of disease of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods Eighty- two elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in Fushun Central Hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 41 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group received the comprehensive high-quality nursing care. Results The condition of the diet, exercise, medication compliance, and the cognition of diabetes mellitus and hypertension of observation group were better than that of the control group. The observation group＇s satisfaction with service attitude, medical environment and nursing was 95.12%, 90.24% and 87.80% respectively, higher than that of the control group which was 65.85%, 60.98%, 53.66% respectively. The differences were of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive high-quality nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance and the cognition of diabetes and hypertension of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with hypertension. With higher nursing satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
