Paget样网状细胞增多症一例
摘要
患者男，42岁，左侧上肢皮疹伴痒4年，于2015年9月21日来我院就诊。4年前无明显诱因发现左前臂近肘窝处出现一处红色斑片，约蚕豆大小，伴瘙痒，未予处理；但此后皮疹缓慢扩大，遂自行予皮炎平等药膏外涂，皮疹瘙痒症状可改善，但消退不明显，仍持续扩大、增厚。患者平素体健，否认家族中有恶性肿瘤病史或类似疾病者。
