摘要
新型城镇化需要树立可持续发展的理念,将可持续发展嵌入在城镇化发展过程中。实现可持续城镇化包括三个方面的内容:一是将可持续发展的目标过程化,在城镇化过程中实现可持续发展的目标;二是应对城镇化过程中不可持续性的挑战,应对城镇化过程所引发的各种风险;三是在城镇化的过程中,选择和实施一种可持续的发展模式。在我国探索新型城镇化的发展道路中,需要确立可持续发展的理念,构建可持续发展的机制,完善可持续发展的治理来推动和实现可持续城镇化。
China future development should imbed sustainability within urbanization process, and make urbanization support the target of sustainable development. The author discusses how to achieve sustainable urban and rural development during urbanization, how to face the challenge of various risks and vulnerability caused by urbanization process, and how to select a more sustainable urbanization pat- tern. Based on those discussions, the author discusses sustainability governance during urbanization in China.
