摘要
提出了一种针对海洋大气区异型钢结构的氧化聚合型包覆防腐蚀技术。通过中性盐雾试验、剥离强度试验以及伸缩性能试验,分别证明了其主要组成部分(防蚀带和防蚀膏)的耐蚀性、剥离强度和伸缩性能,可为异型钢结构提供可靠保障。
An oxidative polymerization-type covering anticorrosion technology for irregularly-shaped steel structures m marine atmospheric zone was proposed. The corrosion resistance, peel strength and flexibility of its major ingredient, including anticorrosive grease and anticorrosive tape were proved by neutral salt spray test, peel strength test and flexibility test respectively, being able to provide a reliable protection for irregularly-shaped steel structures.
