摘要
针对目前《冲压工艺与模具设计》课程的教学实践中存在着学生参与度低,学习兴趣不高,教学效果差等问题,提出了基于实例对象成形分析的教学实践。针对每一种冲压工艺,给出一个具体的实例对象,教师带领学生先做实验,引导学生探讨对象成形过程中的受力、变形特点、工件质量影响因素、模具结构和设备等,依靠实例来展开课程内容。课程考核采用动手能力、卷面考试和课程设计相结合的方式,取得了较好的教学效果。
In order to solve a low degree of participation in course, low interest in studying of students and poor effect of teaching in the course practice for stamping technology and die design, a teaching practice based on the analysis of example forming was put forward. A example forming, which corresponds to a stamping technology, was tested by teacher and students. The force, deformation features, influencing factors of part quality, die structure and press was discussed in the forming process. The course content was communicated based on the test. The ability of operation, examination and course design was used to check the students, a well effect of teaching was obtained.
