摘要
文章通过对自助银行终端系统现状和特点进行分析与研究,经调查发现,现如今在自助银行终端系统的设计上存在着使用功能单一、操作方式不符合人性化、终端设备使用不符合人体尺寸等一系列问题,本文针对终端设备与人体尺寸不相适应这一现存问题,依据人机工程学人体尺寸、生理特点、心理需求等对银行自助终端系统尺寸进行再设计。为用户提供安全、高效、人性化的体验需求。
This paper analyzes and studies the current situations and characteristics of automatic banking terminal system, and discovers that the current automatic banking terminal system exists a series of problems of singe use function, inhuman operating method, the unmatched human body size. For the existing problem that the terminal equipment is not matched with human body size, this paper redesigns the size of automatic banking terminal system according to human-machine engineering human body size, physiological characteristics and psychological demands, which provides the experience demands of security, high efficiency and humanity for users.
