独立学院青年教师教学能力的影响因素分析

Factors Affecting the Teaching Ability of Youth Teachers at Independent Colleges

通过对湖南省各高校独立学院青年教师调查,运用logit模型,从教师性别、教学工作年限等方面研究独立学院青年教师教学能力发展的影响因素。研究发现,教学工作年限、学院组织培训次数等因素对青年教师教学能力有显著影响。因此,提出提高青年教师重视教学能力程度、学院加大对青年教师培训活动等提升独立学院青年教师教学能力的对策建议。

Factors affecting the teaching ability of youth teachers at independent colleges such as teacher＆#39;s gender, years of teaching is an-alyzed with logit mode in a survey of youth teachers at independent colleges of universities in Hunan province. It is found that factors like the years of teaching and training times exert prominent influence to the teaching ability. So countermeasures are proposed including pay-ing more attention to the teaching ability improvement and strengthening training of youth teachers for promoting the teaching ability of youth teachers at independent colleges.
