摘要 灸法是中医治疗手段中不可或缺的一种疗法。目前临床治疗中,灸法主要用于虚证、寒证、阴证。热证可灸与否,则是针灸学术界长期存在的一个争议。解决这一争议,有利于明确灸法适应证,提升灸法发展空间,丰富临床治疗手段。通过整理热证禁灸学说代表人物的主要观点及其学说产生背景,分析学说形成原因,发现热证禁灸学说存在一定的时代局限性。另通过研究灸法作用机理与灸法治疗热证的主要机制,表明在临床辨证论治的基础上,可对热证进行适当的灸法治疗。通过对热证禁灸学说与热证可灸学说的探讨,不难发现:医学研究中应辨证认识问题,客观评价学说,把握学说本质,为医学发展寻求新突破。 Moxibustion is a indispensable means in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The current clinical treatment, moxibustion is mainly used for deficiency syndrome, cold syndrome and yin Syndrome.Whether moxibustion can be used to heat syndrome is a problem can not be avoided in moxibustion development. If we solve this problem, which is conducive to clear indications of moxibustion, enhance the development of space, rich in clinical treatment.We found that there are some limitations in the theory of heat syndrome through the collating the main point of the representative of the heat syndrome and the background of the theory and analysing theory formation reasons.In addition, through studying the mechanism of moxibustion and the main mechanism of moxibustion therapy heat syndrome, the study showed that heat syndrome can be treated by moxibustion therapy in the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Through the discussion on the theory of heat syndrome and heat syndrome, it is not difficult to find that we should recognize the problem of syndrome differentiation, objective evaluation theory, grasp the essence of the theory, and seek new breakthroughs in medical development.
