Regional Ethnic Autonomy is an integral part of the political system of socialism with Chinese characteris- tics, and the regional populace common consensus achieved in practice is a powerful proof in practicing socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper proved, in aspects of politics, emotion, theory and value, that a common view had been reached --- political practice is the engine, emotion transfer is the link, theoretical development is the key, and value fit is the core. Starting from the national regional ethnic autonomy, the whole society must be made to form a good atmosphere of system self-confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics.
