浅谈高校学生干部队伍的建设

Introduction to the Team Building of College Student Cadres

高校是培养人才、思想教育的重要基地,大学生思想政治教育工作是高校学生工作的重要组成部分。高校学生干部,作为学生中品学兼优、德才兼备的先进骨干队伍,在学生思想政治教育中起着不可低估的作用。因此,大力推进我校学生干部队伍的建设,对搞好我校学生思想政治教育工作和管理工作发挥着重大的作用,是推进我校各项工作发展的动力源泉,也是为全面落实新时期的高校育人目标保驾护航。本文主要结合自身从事辅导员工作的经历,就如何筛选合格的学生干部、学生干部队伍的特点和存在的问题、如何加强高校学生干部队伍建设等问题进行简单的探讨。

College and university is the important base for cultivating talents and carrying out ideological education. College students＇ ideological and political education is an important part in college students work. Student cadres,excel- lent in academic performance and personal qualities,having both ability and political integrity,play an important role in students＇ ideological and political education. Therefore,greatly carrying forward the team building of student cadres at our university would significantly benefit ideological and political education and management work,provide source of motivation to all the work,and safely ensure the goal of talents cultivation in the new period can be achieved. With the work experience of student counsellor,this paper tries to illustrate how to select qualified student cadres,the characteris- tics and existing problems of student cadres team,how to enhance team building ofcoUege student cadres,etc.
