摘要
目的:探讨并研究"PDCA"循环模式在《妇产科护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法随机抽取159名学生,实验组78人,对照组81人。实验组将"PDCA"循环运用于《妇产科护理学》教学中,对照组采用传统教学模式。结果:实验组期末考试成绩与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义P<0.01。通过两组学生对课程教学效果评价,实验组优于对照组。结论:在《妇产科护理学》教学中运用"PDCA"循环进行全面管理,改革了教学过程,在提高教学质量方面,取得了显著的成效。
The objective of this article is to explore and study the application of PDCA circulation pattern in Ob- stetrics and Gynecology Nursing.Method:totally 159 students were chosen at random and divided into the experimental group (78 students) and the contrast group (81students). The experimental group used PDCA circulation mode in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing teaching,while the contrast group used the traditional teaching mode. Results:the final examresults of the experimental group compared with the contrast group,the difference has statistical significance:P〈0. 01.Through the course teaching effect appraisal of two groups ' students,the experimental group is better than the con- trastgroup. Conclusion:the application of PDCA circulation pattern in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing teaching re- alizes comprehensivemanagement,reforms the teaching process,and has achieved remarkable results in improving the quality of teaching.
