摘要
"半导体制造技术"是电子科学与技术专业的主干课程之一。本文首先分析了"半导体制造技术"双语教学中存在的问题,然后重点详述了该课程双语教学的教学实践,最后对其未来的发展进行了初步探讨。
＂Semiconductor Fabrication Technology＂ is one of the major backbone curriculum of Electronic Science and technology. First,the existing problems in the bilingual teaching of ＂Semiconductor Fabrication Technology＂ are analyzed in this paper. Then,the teaching practice of bilingual teaching in the course is elaborated. Finally,the future de- velopments of it are discussed.
