The Construction and Practice of the Independent Experiment Course of Food Quality and Safety Specialty

在学校转型背景下,结合食品质量与安全试点专业,对独立实验课程进行了建设与实践。在创新教学模式的基础上,对有关独立实验课程的教学内容、教学方法和手段、课程考核、师资队伍的建设与实践进行了探讨,以期为其他专业独立实验课程的改革提供借鉴。

In the context of school transformation,combined with the food qualiW and safety of the pilot program, the construction and practice of independent experimental courses were carried out. Based on the innovation of teaching mode,teaching content,construction and practice of the independent experimental teaching method and means,curricu- lum evaluation,teachers are discussed,in order to provide reference for the reform of other courses of professional inde- pendent experiments.
