Nowadays the emergence of new media has greatly influence university campus culture. The Intemet, phones,and different communication platforms,like weibo and weichat,are changing the life and study of university students and at the same time they have more demands for the changes of teaching and university management. New media offers good chance to construct a harmonious campus and calls for the innovation of teaching and administration. It also provides different brand new ways to achieve the goal.
