学校的社会水平与改进模型——大同中学学校特色项目建设研究

Social Level and Improvement Model of School——Research on Constructing Characteristics Items of Datong Middle School

Zaltman等根据时间和社会水平两个维度划分出六种类型的改变。个体的短期改变﹑个体的长期改变﹑群体的短期改变﹑群体的长期改变﹑社会的短期改变﹑社会的长期改变。本文通过使用该模型维度分析学校改进,以学校特色为切入点,对大同中学诗之校特色进行了研究,提出学校改进的一些本土经验,成长与发展的建议。

Zaltman and others divide six types of changes according to the two dimensions of time and social level. Short-term changes in individuals,long-term changes in individuals,short-term changes in groups,long-term changes in groups,short-term changes in society,and long-term changes in society. Using the model to analyze the school improvement and exploiting the school characteristics as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the School of Poetry in Datong Middle School,and puts forward some suggestions on the local experience,growth and development of the school improvement through.
