摘要
引导一批普通本科高等学校向应用技术类型高等学校转型的教育决策,网络技术的飞速发展与应用,和"互联网+"行动计划都对网络工程专业人才的培养需求提出了更高的要求。本文在分析当前网络专业人才需求和西部高校发展现状以及网络工程专业特点的基础上,对现有网络工程专业人才培养体系进行了重新规划,重点在分层次人才培养、"3+5+3"课程要求体系、三层协同培养等方面进行了探索。
The requirements for training network engineering talents are more and more critical for the educational policy to encourage some ordinary undergraduate course universities to application-oriented ones,the rapid develop- ment and application of network technology and the Internet+ action. By analyzing talent demand conditions of net- work engineer,developnaent situation in western universities and network engineering charactetistics,present personnel training system for network engineering is reorganized..The multi-level talent cultivation,3+5+3 curriculum manage- ment,three-tier co-cultivation and so on are explored.
