Professional transformation and development has become the focus of the study of professional system in local colleges and universities.In this paper, combined with our Traffic equipment and control engineering.Focus on the construction of professional courses,teaching staff,practical conditions,scientific research platform and other aspects, analysis of the current situation and difficulties in the construction of professional,better for the follow-up to the development of the transformation of clear thinking.
