摘要
培养本科生科研创新能力和筛选具有科研潜力的人才是高等院校本科生教育中的研究热点。通过分析"导师+研究生+本科生"科研团队(简称UGTG)和大学生科研训练计划(简称SRTP)的优势和存在的问题,提出UGTG结合SRTP,分四个步骤开展本科生科研创新教育,达到训练科研创新思维和筛选科研人才的目的。
It is the hot topic about training the college student scientific innovative ability and screening the scien- tific researcher in the country universities. A plan was put forward by summarizing strengths and weaknesses of Under- graduate Graduate Tutor Group （UGTG） and the Student Research Training Program （SRTP）. Gombined UGTG with SRTP,carring out the scientific innovative education in,the universities by four steps,it should be attain the goal of training scientific innovative mind and screening the scientific talent.
