摘要
基于工程训练背景,对食品包装学课程教学方法改革进行探讨。课程采用参与式教学,培养和激发学生学习兴趣;同时对教学资源进行了优化;加强实践教学环节;增设学生市场调查环节;综合改革取得了较好的教学效果。
Based on the engineering training background,the paper discussed the reform of teaching methods in food packaging curriculum. The participation teaching model was used to cultivate and motivate the learning interest of students. Teaching resources was optimized at the same time. We also strengthened the practice teaching,added market survey by students themselves. The comprehensive reform has obtained the good teaching effect.
