摘要
本研究旨在利用集体分工与协作来完成微课的备课,通过有效备课分工实现的人力资源优化的过程。该过程在以学习共同体理论为指导,以微课资源建设为目标,重构了高校教师的备课模式,探讨并实践如何建立良好高校教师学习与教学共同体。在分析高校集体备课现状基础上,通过借助网络技术和相关软件技术的现代信息管理手段,来形成一种"分布式备课"教学模式,利用集体智慧、分工协作、优势互补来完成微课资源的建设与积累,同时构造和谐互助的学习共同体。该研究探索不仅能为微课教学提供了一种新的管理方式和技术手段,而且同时也有力地促进高校教师教育技术与教育教学理论素养的提升。
The aim of this study is to use the collective division of labor and cooperation to complete the effective lesson planning for micro lesson.This process,guided by the theory of learning communiw,takes the construction of mi- cro lesson resources as the goal and is trying to realize the reconstruction of College Teachers' lesson planning model,ex- plores and practices how to establish a good college teachers' learning and teaching communiw.In the analysis of current situation of the collective lesson preparation,this study proposes a"distributed lesson"teaching model through with net- work technology and software technology of modern information management tools.By the collective wisdom,division of labor and cooperation,micro lesson resources construction and accumulation will be completed and the harmonious and supportive learning community is also constructed.In addition,the research can not only provide a kind of new management methods and technical means for micro teaching abut also effectively promote the educational technology and teaching theory level of the college teachers.
