摘要
将案例教学引入食品专业《仪器分析》课程的教学中,以食品安全问题"除草剂草甘膦在食品中的检测方法"为例,提出了案例教学的意义、构建和实施、成效。案例教学在食品专业中的开展具有一定的优势,具有较好的成效。同时,提出了案例教学在食品专业等工科类课程中的应用注意点,以提高案例教学使用过程中的有效性和课程内容的严谨性。
Case study was introduced into a specialized course for food science,called ＂Instrumental Analysis＂.Based on a food safety problem,analytical methods for glyphosate in food,the significance,developing,implement and effects has been proposed. It is advantage and effective to carry out case study in food science. Additionally,some notes were raised for the case study application in the specialty,in order to enhance its effectiveness and strictness.
