摘要
为培养综合型人才,在专业教学中采用"案例式课内教学+学科类课外竞赛"的工科人才培养模式,即在课内采用"案例式教学"新模式,在课外带领和辅导学生参与各级"学科类竞赛项目"。"课内"模式中学生参与课堂教学,掌控学习进程;"课外"模式中学生通过学科竞赛展现自我,是全方位能力的提升过程。两者的有机结合能够促使学生学习的目标性、主动性和有效性得到提高,有助于培养具有较高工程素质的综合型、应用型人才。
For cultivating synthesis talents,the engineering personnel training mode of "Case-teaching + Academic competitions" has been carried out in the specialized course teaching. The new mode of case-teachingis used in class- room,and outside the classroom,students are taken to participate the academic competitions. In the model of "in class", students can participate in teaching and control their own learning process,while in the model of "out class",they can show themselves by participating the competitions,and that is a promotion process of their comprehensive ability. The organic integration of"in class " and " out class" could improve the objective,initiativeandeffectiveness of students' study, and it could be beneficial to cultivate the comprehensiveand applied talents with higher engineering quality.
