摘要
茶艺技能竞赛的内容设置要引导高职院校茶文化(茶艺)专业人才培养与社会需求相适应。文章结合茶产业相关工作对茶艺师岗位的技能要求,分析近年茶艺技能大赛的项目内容,提出相应改进意见。
The content setting of tea art skill competition should match the training of professional talents from vo- cational colleges＇ tea culture （tea art） majors with social needs. Based on the skill requirements for tea masters in tea in- dustry,and analysis on items of tea art skill competitions in recent years,the article put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
