摘要 教师专业发展是弥合社会教育期望与教师教育效果之间差距,教师突破自身专业能力限制与学生共同发展进步的过程。过去教师专业发展成果不甚理想是由于过度重视教师发展的理智取向而轻视实践取向,实践表明教师专业发展理智培训范式已经滞后现代主义教育发展要求,教师个体应立足课堂,从实践—反思出发突破自我阈限以改善专业实践。 The development of teaching profession is making up the difference between the social education ex- pectation and teaching results,and is a process abOut mtitual progress with students after teachers breakthrough their own profession limitation. The reason that the teaching profession is not satisfactory is over dose attention to the development direction over theoretical other than practical.Reality shows that developing theory form in teaching has fell behind the demands of modem education. Individual teachers should stick to the classroom,and make a breakthrough from thinking of practice in order to achieve a better professional outcome.
