摘要
针对"服务国家特需"高层次专门人才培养要求,湖南人文科技学院作为首批"特需"项目试点单位,在服务地方"特需"专业学位研究生人才培养中,对校企"双主体"协同培养制度下实施"双导多师"联合培养制,导师遴选、培养、考核、评价、激励机制等导师队伍建设与实施进行了积极探索。
According to the "national service special" high-level personnel training requirements,Hunan University of Humanities Science and technology as the first batch pilot units of "special project",in the service of the local special needs of professional degree graduate training,the implementation of the "double guide and multiple division" joint training system,the selection of instructors,training,assessment,evaluation,incentive mechanism,etc, construction of thc tutor team under the cooperative training system of"double subject" of school enterprise has been actively explored
