武汉地方高校大学生就业能力结构的研究——基于雇主视角

Research on the Structure of the Employability of the Local College Students in Wuhan——Based on the Employers' Perspective

对于众多的地方高校而言,切实培养和提升大学毕业生的就业能力,使其与人才市场和雇主需求紧密对接,以缓解大学生的就业压力,更好地服务地方经济社会发展,将是地方高校重要而紧迫的任务。本文基于雇主的视角对武汉地方高校大学生就业能力的构成进行相关的研究,以期为地方高校的教育改革和人才培养提供参考。

For many local colleges to cultivate and enhance the employability of university graduates,the talent market closely docking and employers＇ needs,to ease the employment pressure on college students,to better serve the local economic and social development,the local colleges and universities is an important and urgent task. This paper,based on the employer＇s perspective,studies the composition of the employment ability of the local university students in Wuhan in order to provide reference for the education reform and personnel training in local colleges.
