摘要
《社会工作实务》作为实务操作性强的一门课程,在实施项目化操作的过程中以能力为本的教学理念,将课程理论真正融合到实务操作中,并在操作中深化理论学习。为了总结项目化教学成果,笔者在传统的课程教学评价中,不仅仅是针对学生对教师的评价,而是引入多元评价的概念,将课程内容、教学方式、教学效果、专业元素、社会影响力等作为评价内容,评价结果是为了衡量改革的效果和改进课程教学的依据。
As a course of'strongly operational,"Social Work Practice" was operated with CBE in the process of implementing the project,brought curriculum theory into real practice and deepened the theoretical. In order to summarize the teaching achievement, the evaluation was not only evaluating teachers from students,but introduction of multiple evaluation,the curriculum content,teaching methods,teaching effect,professional elements and social influence. Evaluation result was based on measuring the reform and improvement of teaching.
