互联网技术的快速发展和普及,实现向开放大学的实质性转型,都对区域电大(开放大学)提出了新要求。作为重要组成部分之一的区域电大(开放大学)图书馆,需要明晰适应学校发展需要的定位和功能,并采取切实措施实现定位与功能的调整。

The rapid development and popularization of Intemet technology,realizying the substantive transition to open university,all of the regional radio and TV University （Open University） put forward new requirements. As one of the most important part of the regional TV University （Open University） library,it is necessary to clear the orientation and function of the school development,and take practical measures to promote the adjustment of the position and function.
