摘要
为提升中药制药专业综合实验课程的教学效果,以丹参注射液开放性设计实验为例,从学生的文献查阅、课题方案设计与实施、学科间的互动、实施效果及其存在的问题展开讨论分析,发现了开放性实验对启发大学生的潜力与创造性,培养科研思维、质疑精神及动手能力具有积极的推动作用,也为中药制药专业综合实验的教学改革提出了新的要求。
In order to enhance the teaching effect of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing comprehensive experimental course,Salvia miltiorrhiza injection was selected as the object of open experiment. In the process of curriculum, literature review,experiment design,courses interaction,practical results and problems were discussed and found that the initiative and creativity of college students were stimulated by the multiple effect evaluation mechanism. The new demand for construction of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing comprehensive experimental course had put forward under the modern teaching environment.
