摘要
目的探讨CBL教学模式结合糖尿病看图对话TM工具在内分泌科实习护生糖尿病专科知识培训中的应用效果。方法将58名实习护生随机分为实验组和对照组各29人。实验组采用CBL教学模式结合看图对话TM工具进行小组互动式讨论学习,对照组实施传统教学,比较两种教学方法的教学效果。结果实验组实习护生糖尿病理论知识得分优于对照组(P<0.05),操作成绩高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);满意度方面,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);学习兴趣与自主学习能力方面,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CBL教学模式结合看图对话TM工具的使用,能充分调动学生的积极性、主动性,启发学生思维,能更好地完善实习教学,提高实习护生带教质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of CBL teaching model and diabetes dialogue TM tool in diabetes specialist knowledge for practical nursing students. Methods Control group included 29 nursing students receiving traditional multimedia teaching while experiment group involved 29 students receiving CBL teaching model and diabetes dialogue TM tool. Students, average theory test performance and evaluations on teaching were compared five weeks later. Results Students in experiment group displayed better performance in theory test (P 〈 0.05 ), they were more satisfied with this kind of teaching model( P 〈 0.05 ) which enhanced the bility of self - learning ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion With CBL teaching model and diabetes dialogue TM tool, students participate more actively in teaching activities and more satisfied with teaching, which improves nursing students teaching effect apparently.
